They call me Carl Peter Perez . I suddenly decided to purchase a nice two bedroom beach house a little north of Millwood, Maine. My wife Ruth and I have lived here since 1990. In my opinion this second home is a really good getaway. I would recommend very highly this getaway to any home buyer.
